Sunflowers <3

We finally made it the sunflower fields. The girls had a blast. They did a scavenger hut and led the way. I only managed to get one picture of them but it was the most perfect picture.

Happy 6 Months Mailey Rae <3

The reason I started my photography journey almost 3 years ago was to photograph my girls. So much has changed over those 3 short years including adding this little beauty to our family. She turned 6 months yesterday, so I wanted to share a newborn image I took of her I was never able to edit and share. Happy 6 months my little sunshine. We love all of you, from your contagious laugh, your adorable smile, to your appetite for all things food even when you hate the taste lol. You are growing way too fast and way to proud of your self. Models must meet following criteria to be considered:

Loves people (Specially new people, not shy)
Listens well to direction
Parent MUST sign a client agreement with model release
you will be required to provide specific wardrobe items for your child

Before and After

One thing I hear more times then I can count is how anyone with a good camera can be a photographer. That maybe correct but so much goes into photography that very little people think about. This before and after collage is a perfect example. The OC inlet was packed with people, my camera white balance was stuck in a very cool setting, and the sun was setting fast. Lighting was a huge issue and nothing was going our way. With a little photoshop magic I was able to salvage this sweet memory of my daughter and transform this otherwise drab photo into a beautiful work of art..📸

Colton's 2nd Birthday <3

It is such a joy having the opportunity to witness a child’s growth over the years. This little guy is no exception. He is so full of energy and personality, and truly a blast to photograph. Anything goes with this guy, from tryin to eat seashells to eating sugar with a gold coin. His smile is infectious and he is sure to light up any room he enters. I am so glad I have been able to capture his most recent milestones and holidays. All moments that remind me why I love my job.

This little girl was a hard shell to crack. She’s so determined, strong willed, and adorable. She was not a huge fan of her cake but she gave me such personality. I was so happy with how pretty this floral, boho, rustic turned out. This little lady absolutely fit perfect into that theme.

The first time we visited Jonas Green Park I was not impressed. It was very crowded. We decided to go visit again this passed Friday and im so happy we did. The evening was absolutely beautiful and I was able to capture the most perfect light from the sunset.
