Booking your session with Mary Purdy Photography

1. View the Investment Page:
   If you haven’t already, please visit my Investment Page to explore the types of sessions I offer and find the perfect fit for you.

2. Contact for Availability:
   Reach out to Mary Purdy Photography to check current availability and discuss session options.

3. Secure Your Date with a Retainer:
   A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time.

4. Sign Required Forms:
   Complete your Client Agreement. If booking a cake smash session, you’ll also need to complete the Cake Waiver and Session Questionnaire. (All forms can be found on the respective session pages.)

5. Pay Remaining Balance:
   Your remaining session fee must be paid in full within the required timeframe before your session date.

6. Arrive & Enjoy:
   Show up to your scheduled session ready for a fun, one-of-a-kind photography experience designed just for you.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates make the perfect gift for someone who’s already booked, or someone ready to experience a custom session with Mary Purdy Photography! Gift Certificates can be purchased directly through my Investment Page. If the amount you'd like isn't listed, please email me, and I’ll happily create a personalized listing just for you.

Studio Policies

Non-Refundable Retainer:
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to your session date. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. However, in the event that you need to reschedule, your payment may be transferred one time. Rescheduled sessions are subject to any updated rates.

Client Agreement / Cake Waiver / Questionnaires:
A signed Client Agreement is required prior to your session. For cake smash sessions, a signed Cake Waiver is also required. Questionnaires help me design a personalized session for you, links to all forms are available on the booking page of each session.

Note: No images will be taken until the session fee is paid in full and all required forms are completed.

Booking, Editing, and Processing Time:
As a full-time photographer, wife, and mom, I appreciate your patience as I carefully edit each session to reflect my signature style. Typical turnaround time is 3–4 weeks, but please allow for possible delays during peak seasons. Some sessions may take longer than 4 weeks for final delivery.

Rates:
All rates are subject to change at any time. Booking and paying your retainer guarantees the current session price at the time of booking. Please note: rescheduled sessions are subject to updated rates.
