• Arrive early — allow extra time to select and change into client wardrobe items.
• Sessions run back-to-back. Late arrival shortens your session; your end time cannot be extended.
• Book multiple consecutive time slots for two or more children, shy children, extended family, or anyone who may need extra time to feel comfortable with Santa.
• No refunds for lack of cooperation or unwillingness to participate.

There is a little story in every visit: a carefully remembered wish list, a shy smile, a burst of laughter. Mary captures these moments as your child spends time with Santa, creating photographs that feel personal to your family.
Your experience includes a private 15-minute visit, our styled Christmas Wishes setting, and your full professionally edited digital gallery. When time allows, we’ll also capture portraits without Santa.
Prints, wall art, and holiday cards are available separately.

Client wardrobe: Complete outfits, dresses, shoes, and accessories are available first-come, first-served. Sizes and styles are limited. Please arrive with extra time to choose and change before your session begins.
Payment: A $150 non-refundable retainer is due at booking. The remaining $150 is due 48 hours before your appointment, per reserved time slot.
Your gallery: Your full professionally edited digital gallery is included and will be delivered within four weeks. Prints, wall art, and holiday cards are available separately.
Additional Santa time: Please reserve consecutive time slots for two or more children, shy children, extended family, or anyone who may need extra time to feel comfortable with Santa.

Glimpse of Christmas Past: Pets are welcome during Santa sessions and are always part of the family. Please contact Mary before booking if you plan to bring a pet so we can make sure the session time and setup are a good fit.
